Making Gingerbread Cookies with the girls

One of the finished cookies

We used premade gingerbread dough and then rolled it and cut out shapes -
the kids still had fun and it saved me some time!

Olivia, Abby, Emelyn
"Mom, you think of everything!"
Said after I brought out the food coloring so we could make red and green icing!
Just had to throw this cute face in!
He climbed on a stool and pulled cookie cutters down and
made a general nuisance of himself to his sisters!
And it begins!

Messa,
Leslie is 9 months yesterday. Zander is moving and kicking more and more everyday. We are supposed to get a bad ice storm tonight. I'll send pictures in your xmas card along with my email so we can type back and forth. Mom is back at work, because a lady at her work had to have gall bladder surgery.Hope everyone is doing well, miss you guys. My nephew Christopher lives near the air base by you, he said you guys only live 15 minutes away. He is being honored on Friday with Civilian of the Year on his base. We're so proud of him. He was in Qwait for 1 year. Thank God he wasn't harmed. Talk to ya later. Love, The Hale Family

Hi there everyone,
I love seeing the beautiful little ones making yummies. Jessa, you have been asking for the yummy frozen yogurt recipe that you, Garr and the girls like so much. I thought that I would send you the ice-cream recipe to your blog. Enjoy and take lots of photos. I can't wait to see you all soon!
VERY BERRY FROZEN YOGURT
2 cups low fat yogurt
1 12 oz. bag frozen berries to your desired constancy
whole, chopped, diced, pureed, or strained
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sugar
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. When mixed thoroughly, pour into ice-cream machine. Then wait for the magic to happen. It takes about 20-30 minutes to become frozen yogurt! Have fun! Love you all!
